Mount Tabor English School, Meppadi is a Secondary school, affiliated to the CBSE New Delhi No CBSE/Aff.930446/2003 was started in the year 1994. It is a co-educational English school managed by the Order of Sisters of Sacred Transfiguration registered under the Public Trust Act of Kerala no. 56/1994.

3rd June – Class X Congratulatory Session – Celebrating Excellence!

The academic year began with a special felicitation ceremony for the outgoing Class X students who excelled in the CBSE Board Examinations. The event also introduced the new principal to the school stakeholders.

5th June – School Reopening and World Environment Day – A Fresh Start!

The new academic session commenced on World Environment Day, marking a double celebration. Students participated in tree-planting drives, awareness campaigns, and poster-making competitions focused on sustainability and conservation.

21st June – International Yoga Day – A Stretch Towards Wellness!

Students and staff celebrated International Yoga Day with an energising morning session, practising asanas and mindfulness techniques to promote holistic well-being.

1st July – Doctor’s Day – Saluting Our Healers!

Montessori students celebrated Doctor’s Day by dressing up as little doctors, role-playing medical professionals, and learning about the importance of healthcare.

1st July – Student Council Elections – Leaders of Tomorrow!

Democracy in action! Our young leaders stepped up as candidates for the Student Council elections, engaging in spirited campaigns and debates. Congratulations to the newly elected student representatives!

4th September – Investiture Ceremony – The Leaders Take Charge!

A proud moment as the newly elected Student Council members took their oaths of leadership in the presence of Chief Guest Lieutenant Amal Jan K V (AEO, INS Tarkash), an alumnus of our school. The event was conducted solemnly, respecting recent circumstances.

4th September – Computer Lab Inauguration – A Step Towards Digital Excellence!

Our new state-of-the-art Computer Lab was inaugurated by Lieutenant Amal Jan K V, marking a significant step in enhancing digital learning and technological skills for our students.

15th August – Independence Day – A Tribute to the Nation!

Students showcased their patriotism through flag hoisting, cultural performances, and inspiring speeches, honouring the sacrifices of our freedom fighters. Jai Hind!

6th November – Annual Sports Day – Champions in the Making!

The much-awaited Sports Day witnessed thrilling races, team games, and field events, bringing out the best in our young athletes. Cheers to all the winners!

Exposure Visit to NIT Calicut– A Glimpse into Innovation!

Science Club students visited NIT Calicut, exploring cutting-edge research labs, interacting with faculty, and gaining insights into engineering and technology. The visit inspired many to pursue careers in science and innovation.

15th February 2025 – 28th Annual Day – A Grand Celebration!

The school hosted its 28th Annual Day with a spectacular lineup of performances, cultural showcases, and prize distributions. The event was graced by distinguished guests, celebrating the achievements of students in academics, sports, and extracurriculars.
